What you will doLead every aspect of growth marketing, including paid ads acquisition like Facebook and Google, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and viral growth experiments.Manage all of the above under your responsibility for both the Studio and its portfolio companies. You also work with the product team to lead product-driven growth efforts.Lead strategy, planning, and implementation of new growth opportunities beyond the channels we established today.Have the deepest knowledge about growth marketing in the company and be eager to learn and experiment with new things in growth marketing to pioneer in the industry.Track marketing performance regularly, monitor their day-to-day, and produce and share detailed analysis with the team.Grow with the company. As the team grows from 8 to 50+, you will have the opportunity to lead the entire growth marketing effort as Head of Growth Marketing.
Expected qualifications & skills4+ years experience creating, executing and tracking digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (especially Google and Facebook ads).3+ years experience of managing SEO and content creation strategies.Strong understanding of attribution models (e.g. MTA) and marketing/media mix models (MMM).Deep understanding of Google Analytics (including custom analytics), social media ad platforms, DSPs, and Google Ads.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
